Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No. All orders are final once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including sizing, fit, preference, or delayed delivery.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
What if my order never arrives?
Refunds are issued only if there is verified confirmation from the carrier that the package was never delivered. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Are colors and details guaranteed to match exactly?
We do our best to display accurate product images, but slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
